My career has taken me in a few different directions, from being the co-owner of an advertising agency, to running a lifestyle shop in central London.
Due to my experience, I tend to find that the majority of my clients are either in small business or are looking to make a career change.

As a reformed overthinker and list-making obsessive, I know how much focus it can take to change our thinking - but it can be done.
The classic overthinking definition is “to think about something too much or for too long.”
It's natural to think things through when you need to make a decision or deal with a situation, but it becomes overthinking when you can’t get the thoughts out of your head.
People often start to overthink when they are scared and as a result they worry about all the things that could go wrong - which means they totally miss out on what could go right!
When we work together we will begin by unpicking the tangles from your overthinking, then begin to get to the root of where you really want to go in life.
From there, I can keep you on track while we design your strategic steps to get from A to B - without losing yourself down the rabbit hole of overthinking again.
